Twice the Doctor is a means of “virtual volunteering”. Its quite simple, really, but much more effective. You do a days work, and with your wages for that day, can empower and enable doctors and health care workers in developing countries to work for a month, or more, by donating the income from that day to the Twice the Doctor Foundation.

Just one day a year, doesn’t sound like much, but when lots of doctors join together the effect is huge. In our first year from just one local health district we raised over $1/4 million!!! Imagine what we could achieve together if we replicated this across the country and the enormous difference we could make to third world health.
